VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Petitions

Freedom Pathway is committed to supporting immigrants who are facing abuse by offering compassionate and confidential help through the VAWA process. Under the Violence Against Women Act, certain immigrant spouses, children, and parents of U.S. citizens or permanent residents can self-petition for lawful status without the abuser’s knowledge or participation.

This vital protection allows survivors of domestic violence to regain their independence and take steps toward safety and stability. Our team is here to walk with you every step of the way – with dignity, care, and a deep respect for your journey.

VAWA

Citizenship (Naturalization)

Becoming a U.S. citizen is a powerful milestone in your immigration journey – and Freedom Pathway is here to help you achieve it. Through the naturalization process, lawful permanent residents may apply for citizenship after meeting specific eligibility requirements, including length of residency, good moral character, and knowledge of U.S. history and government.

We provide step-by-step support to help you complete the application, gather supporting documents, and prepare for your interview and civics test. At Freedom Pathway, we believe in your right to fully participate in the American dream.

Asylum

At Freedom Pathway, we stand with individuals who are fleeing persecution and seeking safety in the United States. Asylum is a form of protection available to people who have suffered or fear persecution in their home country due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group.

We assist asylum seekers in preparing and filing their applications, gathering critical evidence, and presenting a strong case. With empathy and respect, our team is dedicated to helping you find hope, healing, and a chance to rebuild your life in a safe and supportive environment.

Family-Based Green Card

Family-based immigration allows U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to sponsor certain family members to live in the United States permanently. This process is designed to keep families together by enabling close relatives – such as spouses, children, parents, and siblings – to obtain lawful permanent residency (a green card).

At Freedom Pathway, we guide you through every step, from filing the initial petition to preparing for interviews and submitting your application to USCIS or the National Visa Center.
